The Allfast standard blind bolt three piece fastener, consisting of a pin, sleeve, lock collar, provides dependable installations. This fastener performs well in all metallic structures and can also be used in composite structures.

The pin is drawn into the sleeve, causing the sleeve to bulb against the blind side sheet. This bulb bears against the structure applying preload to the joint. The collar is driven into mating cavities between the sleeve and pin and provides an inspectable, mechanical lock ensuring positive installation. With the optional drive anvil added to the assembly, the installation tooling is further simplified providing trouble free performance.

The Standard Blind Bolt is is available in 5, 6 and 8 diameters. This fastener is composed of Cres pin and sleeve material. This fastener is supplied with multiple sleeve finish options. The Standard Blind Bolt is available in Universal and 100 degree Flush head styles.
