Monogram Aerospace Fasteners, A TriMas company, was recently recognized for their outstanding performance in support of Airbus quality improvement initiatives. The Supply Chain Quality Improvement Program (SQIP) was initiated as a collaboration between Airbus and its strategic partners in 2011. Monogram joined the ranks of those select partners in 2016. Building on the foundation of their “Best Improver” Award in 2017, Monogram returned to the 2018 SQIP Awards Day stage in Toulouse, France and were honored at the January ceremony with the Best Performer Award in the Standard Parts Category. There are 1931 supplier sites currently in surveillance and of those, only 85 suppliers have been deemed as strategic partners. Monogram was one of only nine strategic partners to receive an award in the Detailed Parts Category which included recognition in the Best Improver and Best Performer categories, as well as those suppliers having attained the highest rank of Accredited status. Monogram’s Best Performer status is, in part, a reflection of demonstrated sustainable performance in the categories of Quality, Delivery, and Level of Service.
